+ I will also sell franchises for you, on a commission basis, at your request.

I can generally have you ready to begin franchising in non-registration states within 60 days. Registration states will take substantially longer and vary by state.
I have over almost 30 years in the franchise industry as President/CEO of two INC 500 and Fortune 500 franchise companies and as an international franchising consultant and have personally sold over 400 franchises worldwide.
Here are the registration states.
California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington. *State document preparation and filing fees are not included in my fee. In addition, registration states require that the company provide up to three years of audited financial statements within the FDD (new franchisors simply need an audited balance sheet).
Note: If you reside in a registration state then you are required to follow registration state guidelines
Non-Registration States
There are six non-registration states that require that you file a Notice of Exemption and pay a fee. Florida ($100) Nebraska ($150) Utah ($100) Michigan ($250) Wisconsin ($400) Texas ($25). However, you don’t need to file in all of them at once unless you have a hot prospect. The filing is quick and easy. I’ll provide the state forms and/or letters.
Fee
My Limited-Time, reduced fee is $27,500 plus document preparation and state filing fees. $17,500 for non-registration states plus document preparation and state filing fees.

50% down. 25% when the first draft of everything is ready for your review. 25% when the final draft is complete.
